Zoom has APIs that support creating polls and reading poll results, seeing who attending meetings, chat bots, webhooks, etc: https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api

Just adding a note here that we talked to folks at ZoomSense recently about creating a plugin through them/with them, which should be considered if we're preparing to tackle this issue.
