graphblas.print_tensor operation

• Ability to print sparse tensors with 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 output lines
• test_union updates to utilize new print_tensor operation
• test_updates added with few tests and some TODOs

Assuming the CI passes, this should be good to merge. The biggest addition is the graphblas.print_tensor operation which prints the sparse arrays. Very useful for functional tests, which we need to add lots of!
