Make configure be able to disable libxml2 support #33

Hi, without this patch i get libxml2 support (not expat) regardless i use --with-libxml2=no, --without-libxml2 options. This is because of "[with_libxml2=check]". When either --with-libxml2 or without-libxml2 is used configure sets variable $with-libxml2 to "check" value. And "check" != no. I need this changes to write the ebuild for Gentoo that uses your git repo.
