Expat submodule repository not accessible #8

Seems the git server at code.stanziq.com is not running or otherwise not accessible:

Cloning into expat...
code.stanziq.com[0: 72.14.181.62]: errno=Connection refused
fatal: unable to connect a socket (Connection refused)
Clone of 'git://code.stanziq.com/expat.git' into submodule path 'expat' failed

I am having the same problem.

The build system has been fixed to correct this problem.
