Add AWS tutorial for the following :

Opening an AWS account
Creating an instance for VPN usage only
Managing billing and alerts
Removing instances, releasing resources and maybe shutting down instances for good

Ok I have commented out the tutorial for now. Now, I can sleep peacefully, knowing people won't do mad stuff with their aws accounts. Need to upload tutorial fast.
