The PR brings in the following updates:

Add instructions to unmount mediawiki-volume for removal
Add instructions to upgrade MediaWiki version

@icyflame I didn't try with docker-compose down -f.

@thealphadollar Yeah, I think the RUNBOOK just assumes that all docker-compose commands should be run with the over-rides. We should change the runbook to reflect that (i.e use over-rides for every docker-compose command) rather than add commands that ask people to delete containers one-by-one.
