We need a list of currently active societies to update the list. Any societies that are currently inactive can be shown in a separate column.

Inactive societies -> Inert gases

Changed the blocks of some societies in 6f6a10b9585d6872552a812ec7c2db583ea7bc34. Maybe we can start by removing inactive societies first.
