Controller gen update #58

controller-gen 0.3.0 still creates a crd with apiVersion: apiextensions.k8s.io/v1beta1 which is deprecated since 1.16 and will be removed in 1.20. Therefore controller-gen 0.4.0 creates them as apiVersion: apiextensions.k8s.io/v1.
