hotfix: remove webhook conversion in metallb CRD #389

doesn't work with gardener resource-manager, since metallb-controller injects its own caBundle in the CRD, which will then be overridden by the resource-manager

Probably we can add this back when upgrading a release that includes the fix of this issue: https://github.com/metallb/metallb/issues/1681
