Fix MCM scrape config. #404

It's not congruent with the SAP extension providers but I think they already migrated to the new interface introduced in g/g 1.82 for the MCM deployment, so maybe they haven't noticed that the scrape config breaks.

After this, the scrape config still contains the deleted section, so I think it must have made it's way already to g/g 1.81.
