Tune rolling update strategy of metal-api deployment #63

In some environments we have a lot of metal-api replicas. With the current deployment they roll one by one with a liveliness probe of 15s each, which can take quite some time.

As we were able to reduce the load on the metal-api significantly, we do not really need this anymore.
