TODO:

[x] disk.json is not written anymore, ROOT_UUID is still required to create kernel commandline and grub.conf
[x] handling of s2 machines unclear
[x] tmpfs fstab entry
[x] fstab is now written by metal-hammer, image also does this, metal-hammer will write fstab after install.sh
[x] Test
