Update u-root to most recent sha, update sum to 2.7.0 #67

This needs to be split into two PRs:

update of sum which seems difficult because the location of the acpidump binary is not found neither in PATH nor in the location given in the error message
update of u-root, current master branch is not usable because it errors out that it fails to load kernel modules, works with my PR: https://github.com/u-root/u-root/pull/2148, but with this i cant CTRL+C anymore the console ??

Since sum 2.7.0 we get:

Description             = Can not open file
Program Error Code      = 202.2
Error message:
        acpica_bin/acpidump is required for GetCurrentBiosCfg command. 
Instruction:
        It is included in SUM release package.
