With this PR comes:

u-root is updated from v0.7.0 -> v0.10.0 and is build with go-1.17 instead of go-1.14
baseimage is bullseye instead of buster, this brings newer userspaces for helper tools in use, e.g. lsblk, blkid, mkfs ...
Reboot is back to daily
go module dependency updates
dependency to new pixiecore which does not bring transitive dependencies
