Adds switch hostname to the machine register request + small refactoring.

Depends on https://github.com/metal-stack/metal-api/pull/352

Looks good, also a good improvement spottet !

We need to test this in fra-equ01 with old metal-api as well to be sure we do not break for mixed hammer -> metal-api setups
