New Auditing Index format #73

Adds auditing support for metal-stack-cloud/docs#95 and metal-stack/metalctl#186. Replaces #71

Hate to say but with meilisearch 1.1.0 multi index search is possible so that we can search for more than one day back

We already looked into that before and we plan to use the feature as soon as it's released.
