WIP: container per vm #96

Tried to run VMs in dedicated containers. Using tc mirred method for redirecting traffic from VM to container interface. Encountered same problem as with macvtap interfaces. Only one machine is getting to the Waiting state. Another one is frozen in PXE booting.

UPD: Second machine got to the Waiting state after some time.
