The current workflow has been broken for 2 months without anybody noticing this, due to the sunset of the tripleo project. For future to get quicker fixes, add notification when the workflow fails sent through Slack
This has been done in other metal3-io repos, see for example: https://github.com/metal3-io/baremetal-operator/pull/1687
