Stop using the deprecated 'idrac' interface aliases #453

We need to use either idrac-wsman or idrac-redfish, the plain idrac (which are actually aliases for idrac-wsman) are going to be removed very soon: https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/ironic/+/902107
