Bump minikube to v1.34.0 #1460

minikube v1.34.0 supports Kubernetes version to v1.31.0. It also bumps MINIKUBE_DRIVER_SHA256 as a side effect. Signed-off-by: Kashif Khan kashif.khan@est.tech
