📖 Update deprecated bmh ready state to available in the user guide #338

BMH ready state is not valid any more it was replaced by available state

I think there are reference of Ready state in several other places. Maybe we should change them all in this PR?

I was focusing on userguide only I am not sure if we should update the proposals as well ?
