User guide: completely rework the BMO introduction #418

The current version is very verbose and tries to explain a lot of details in one document. Based on the feedback we got during KubeCon EU, I'm changing this document to focus on the key aspects: project description, host enrolling, host deployment and CAPI integration.

@kashifest I'm curious, why do you prefer to shorten BareMetalHost to BMH?

Discussion on Slack: we should stick to full names, only mentioning abbreviations. I will update the remaining nits.

Oh I didn't notice Kashif already approved. Changing to LGTM /lgtm
