Broken link checker checks so many search queries that Netlify goes 429 #417

Broken link checker checks so many search queries that Netlify goes 429.

For example: https://github.com/metal3-io/metal3-io.github.io/issues/416

This needs to be fixed, by changing checker config or the site config.

I'm working on replacing the broken link checker with a better one.
