308 is premanent redirect, GH has changed the url a bit. https://resources.github.com/learn/pathways needs to be changed to https://resources.github.com/learn/pathways/

This seems like exact link with one extra "/".

That is true, it doesn't exist anywhere in Metal3 now. I couldn't find a PR that would've removed it either. Must've been some flake from the link checker action
