Catch server startup errors #6

I've found that, if for some reasons port 8080 is already in use, idok quits without any warning. By adding a log you can see what went wrong.

I will add you in AUTHORS file as contributor and append your modification in changelogs later. Then I will be ready to release. Thanks

Thanks! Just to let you know, I'm close to release a simple OSX GUI for Idok. However, to simplify the implementation, I'm using a fork of your project with better logging/feedback (but I will credit you anyway). Don't know if you want to have a look or I can create a PR with some of that stuff.

Ha that's a pitty... I wanted to add a gui for idok but multiplateform. Not a problem for me that you make another but I checked some lubraries and I wanted to start on June.

I will check you repo :)
