Env vars may linger if intellij when intellij is closed. #275

Bug Description

So what happened last night was my computer died (low battery), you might want to check your plugin on intellij (restart) and clean up that way. Not sure if this helps troubleshoot.

The Environment variables in the Run configuration that we add were not cleaned up, causing trouble.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Debug something in intellij with mirrord;
  2. Shutdown your computer (macos) abruptly;
  3. Open it up and go back to step 1;
