The agent starts with an option to specify interface to mirror from.
By default, if not specified, mirrord agent just auto detects it - but sometimes https://github.com/metalbear-co/mirrord/issues/2537 we want user to specify, and this can't work in operator mode since user doesn't control agent startup and there can be many sessions using the same agent.
We should have the interface as part of the subscription protocol, where we probably would need those options:
