Updated NRCLelexicon to reflect the most recent updated in the NRC m #1

Hello, the package is truly amazing. However, I found the lexicon dictionary that holds all emotions needs a bit of tweaking since the output from the package is always 1 for most of the emotions even though the text does not include it. I updated the dictionary based on the recent package from [lexicons for research] (http://sentiment.nrc.ca/lexicons-for-research/)
