[BUG] Trying to dock a browser to the master browser crashes the editor sometimes #170

If you delete UnrealEd.ini and try to redock a browser the editor crashes with this error

This is one I can never reproduce no matter how hard I try. I can get it when the debugger isn't attached, but I've yet to get it to crash with it attached.
