[FEATURE] New exec texture command support #253

Ability to use the compression type as text instead of looking up the number ( eg. COMPRESSION=DXT5 ) MaskedOverride, masks a RGB colour specified by the user ( eg. MaskedOverride=(R=0,G=0,B=0,A=255) )
