Fixed with Cura 3.3.0 release: ~~The plugin crashes Cura 3.3.0 beta~~ Fixed with plugin 0.4.3: ~~The plugin doesn't save files with Cura 3.3.1~~ The plugin's quality profiles for low, medium, and high quality are no longer recognized by cura 3.3

This was fixed in the 0.4.6 release for Cura 3.4. These changes will not be backported to 3.3
