I don't think that's within the scope of the project. Are there any APIs available to begin with?

I think this repo can have some information about Skype bot. But I can't find more API details about it right now. https://github.com/microsoft/skype-dev-bots

These examples are 3 years old and are for CSharp and Node. I really don't think this is something we can support. Sorry.
