Image is not updating in HTML in many cases when the image's url changed in JS. It may caused by HTML's image cache policy.

I wanted to clarify, is this for the profile image or sidebar or both?

@emmanuel-contreras both. sidebar image has the issue that it doesn't change after we updated new user image. profile image only displays current user's image even when viewing other's profile page, its mixed up.
