Remove david badges #118

A lot of the time they don't work, so they don't really add anything of value.

https://david-dm.org/, they provide badges for npm depencies. Shows what's out of date etc. But they've never really worked, and are broken most of the time. It mostly makes your readme/project look broken because the badges don't work.

I've found greenkeeper to be a much better alternative.
