An extra option to allow another key than 'layout' for the layouts. May be handy in some contexts. Fot exmaple: When you use handlebars-layouts, the term 'layout' gets confusing in your files...

Hi @vale981, thanks for the pr and the work, but I'm not willing to implement this. I understand what you're trying to do here, but I think that this usecase isn't common enough for me to want to support it.

However, the changes outlined for v2 (custom engines) should allow you to easily implement this yourself without having to submit a pr for this lib. Apologies for the late reply, and hope you understand!
