Enable greenkeeper #161

Greenkeeper can sometimes have trouble activating after a move. Greenkeeper support has been contacted.

@woodyrew Can you access the greenkeeper settings for metalsmith-layouts at the url from the email below?

thanks for getting in touch. I’m afraid I need you to check one more thing before I can help you: currently, metalsmith-layouts isn’t registered with Greenkeeper at all, neither on your personal account nor on the metalsmith org. Could you please remove and add it again the the Greenkeeper App settings? They should be at this URL for you, bottom of the page: https://github.com/organizations/metalsmith/settings/installations/249835

Sorry for the hassle, I hope I can help you get this sorted out soon.

It should be possible to disable and then re-enable greenkeeper for this repo. Somehow metalsmith-in-place didn't need this, but for layouts greenkeeper needs to be enabled by an admin.
