updates metadata for ExperimentHub . changes SourceType to "HDF5" . fixes h5se_gr mislabel . sets DispatchClass to FilePath . sets LocationPrefix to data dir url . removes data dir url from RDataPath . replaces old metadata.csv description . adds ExperimentHub to biocViews . bumps version
