Issues with Combat Medic:

Underpowered - base Healer feat is apparently not good enough (vs., say, crits on 19s)
Fighters prioritise Strength or Dexterity, supported by Constitution - why would they sink points into Wisdom (for Medicine)?

Counterpoint re: Wisdom Fighters wouldn't naturally choose wisdom, but that keeps it balanced. If they want to increase their healing (and it does have a big impact), they're sacrificing damage. This could offer great versatility over a campaign. Additionally, Wisdom is more useful than Int & Cha, and probably more useful than Str or Dex depending on their focus, so makes a great 3rd stat, and promotes a wide build.
