Yes, or gitlab. I already imported it to gitlab some time ago, I want to 
evaluate how well it works. https://gitlab.com/stm32flash/stm32flash

I am not so fond of the github monoculture, and gitlab runs on opensource 
software.

I imported it to http://stm32flash.sf.net and it looks good, the issue tracker 
was also imported. sf is a dinosaur and not everything is perfect, but they do 
have no-bullshit file downloads (and html if needed), and many of our 
developers have accounts there already. I have allowed moderated anonymous 
posting to the bug tracker.
