Selecting checkboxes across pagination #39

It seems currently that when selecting all checkboxes for performing a bulk actions, it only selects the current page. Is it possible to select everything across pagination?

@bkildow thanks for your feedback! If you now click on a bulk action without selecting any rows at all it will be applied to all rows within the current filter. Hope this helps!
