Search box with covid start/end dates should persist as user scrolls down to engage with 2nd and 3rd row of charts

@metamutator mentioned before moving it to the left sidebar but looks like the maps consume a lot of screen width so better to persist horizontally. Comments?

There's no way of doing this in Streamlit except by moving it to the sidebar.
