Default selection upon loading #7

As a First-Time-User, I want to see the potential of our charts. One way we can do this is by setting defaults.

One suggestion will be: Pre-Covid Date = 2019/06/29 Post-Covid Date = 2020/09/30 Time of Day = 20 Select District 1: = Yishun Select District 2: = Changi
