Ensure support for all metadata attributes #34

In the authoring document, we are specifying what kind of attributes we do support in the metanorma. This commit adds some example cases to ensure we do support all of these cases.

@ronaldtse - I started going through our authoring docs, and making sure we do parse all attributes properly. Let me know if there is anything else you would like to add there.
