Issue is gone after brew update

@CAMOBAP do we know why this is happening? Can we reproduce this locally? I think linuxbrew would be a good way of offering Metanorma in Linux.

It will be fixed after merge https://github.com/sshaw/ruby-jing/pull/5 and new packed-mn release

https://github.com/sshaw/ruby-jing/pull/5 - merged and released, the issue doesn't reproduces for metanorma-standoc gem anymore. I sure that latest ruby-jing is used by packed-mn@1.5.19 but the issue still exists on CI. investigating...

Also I noted that this issue still reporoduces for macos too, I will check it next to make sure that tests works
