Instead of SimSun and SimHei, replace with SimSun-18030 and YaHei #148

As described in fontist/formulas#58 SimSun is available as "SimSun-18030" and SimHei should be replaced with YaHei due to font availability. This task is to update the gem to reflect this.

This gem is frozen, and is not being updated to deal with metanorma updates.

Frozen means frozen, so this will not be actioned.
