English and Chinese use different Unicode symbols for punctuation, even when the meaning is equivalent, such as the question mark or quotes, mainly due to difference in character width (Chinese is a block script).
This was discussed in #17.
I'm now addressing this in https://github.com/riboseinc/isodoc/issues/47, with the new l10n() function.
