Styling for translated (English) standards #59

From https://github.com/riboseinc/asciidoctor-gb/issues/56#issuecomment-377791425:

Are English-language standards in SimHei/SimSun too?

From the handful of translated GB standards I found, most just mirror the layout and use Times New Roman or Arial.

There are no official rules but there is an official way of producing a translated document.

... This is strongly hinting that the fonts are SimHei/SimSun for English language specs. Please confirm. And it will look disgusting.

That's not what I'm hinting, but please refer to our shared document. 😉

Our shared document indicates that all English text in translations is in a Roman-friendly font (not SimHei/SimSun). Numbers may well be left in SimHei. I would very strongly suggest they not; that kind of inconsistency looks even worse.

I think this is now done.
