The Chinese for ToC, Foreword, Introduction, Annex, and Bibliography (h1 titles requiring a pagebreak) all have space between characters. This is not stated in https://github.com/riboseinc/asciidoctor-gb/issues/57, but it is shown in the pictures in https://github.com/riboseinc/asciidoctor-gb/issues/58 . The Word docs have this.
