Implemented: if :keep-boilerplate:
is document attribute, respects any prefatory paragraphs already there. If :keep-boilerplate:
is not present, such paragraphs are stripped before <term>
as in asciidoctor-iso.
I think it would be better if we have a declarative way of handling boilerplate replacement? Eg. Maybe by default we strip any provided boilerplate and issue a warning when there is any boilerplate. If an option is supplied then we don’t strip.
