Localized strings for reference number (old ISO documents) #1096

In the ISO documents from 1951 to 1986 these strings used for 'Reference number': 'en' document - "Ref. No.": image

'fr' document - "Réf. No": image

Currently, we put Reference number (for 'en' documents example):

<localized-string key="reference_number" language="en">Reference number</localized-string>

Need support old strings.

For 'ru' I can't find the old document.
